Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes — we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA/Canada, Europe, Asia and Worldwide shipping with individual tracking numbers sent via email 2–3 days after ordering. Shipping is 100% free and all prices include any applicable taxes.

What are your shipping and processing times?

USA and Canada: 8–15 days 
Singapore: 5–10 days 
Oceania: 8–15 days 
Europe: 8–15 days 
Latin America: 9–15 days

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2–4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Where are you based?

We are a company based in the UK with warehouses shipping from Europe, the USA and China. Your location will determine which warehouse we ship your order from (i.e. if you are based in Canada we will most likely ship your order from the US).

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
